Shipping and delivery
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, Monday to Friday, after payment confirmation.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days, Monday to Friday.
The total estimated delivery time is 6–12 business days.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom, with no minimum purchase.
Returns and refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original product if eligible and place a new order.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
